The Winter Storm Adventures of Laura Hall
15th most places shut down but not the market. I was working that night anyway so there I was. A lot of people came in and went nuts on batteries, candles, and matches. Next canned everything. The next day? BUY ALL THE THINGS!
Snow? FUN! Day off? PLAY IN SNOW!
It’s still snowing? What the heck ice? Snow? PLAY IN SNOW MORE! Aunt wants me to check on her house! Okay! No power? NO POWER! Wait. No power it’s cold. Wait. I’M STUCK.
Big fire place? Yes.
Raccoons terrorized me and tried to get into the house thru the chimney. MORE FIRE! Out of fire wood? OUT OF FIRE WOOD!
Dress like Eskimo and walk around the house with a down feather cover on me. Be brave and try to cut down a little tree? FAIL. Try again. WIN! Burn tree? Smokey little tree. I don’t know anything about this. I smoked up the house with the little tree bits. Apparently, now that I have internet and can google. You don’t burn young sappy damp wood. UGH. FAIL BRAIN FOR LOGIC.
Still no wood. No heat? Heat soup on Aunt’s car engine! Warm up in Aunt’s car!
FLOODING?! Not here. Flooding?

I need to stop watching chick flicks. Today was: 13 Going on 30, Romy and Michele's High School Reunion, Pretty Woman, Love Actually (again), and the worst/best P.S. I love you. I'm not even on my period. P.S. I Love you makes me cry like a big baby every damn time hormonal-rampage or not. I'm so jealous of the love in that movie. I wish I had someone to love so much that I'd die inside if I lost them.
If my life was a movie some rich handsome mysterious man would come along & things would be perfect. Maybe there would be some espionage and a car-chase. Why can't life be like the movies? Chick flick movies..with a little action. Happy up-beat music, romance, drama, a few explosions, growth, happily ever after.
I'm gonna go do some peep-jousting and pretend this wine is their blood being shed and that I'm a tyrannical king. |

As many of you may know baby sitting is sort of my part time thing. The F family saw the photos I posted the other day and said they don't want me working for them anymore. F you Mr. and Mrs. F. Your 5 year old doesn't even use the internet. F you. Gah. I'm so pissed off. Mrs. F called Mrs. X, Y, & Ms. Z. Mrs. Y said she doesn't want me to watch her kids anymore. Thankfully Mrs. X and Ms. Z have some sense. I don't know...Maybe Mrs F and Y let their 5, 3, and 2 year olds go on the internet...and even if they did...blah whatever. Happy fun tax free money aside...they were awesome kids...and I'm going to miss them. I'm so angry right now and I don't know what to do... |

I got a betta fish today. The pet store guy told me if I want another I need to keep them separated or else they'll kill each other! O_o we'll see if I kill this one first. Not that I'm trying. Okay. YOU GUYS. I'm not even going to lie. I think I. Okay wait. I don't drink. No I don't get drunk a lot. BUT. I think I just discovered the best drink EVER. Okay. I don't drink a lot. Sometimes I do. Sometimes right now. BEST EVER: Smirnoff raspberry + silk dark chocolate almond milk. YES. I like raspberries and chocolate this had to be a good idea and it turned out to be a good one.
I can't wait till eggnog comes out. I want me some eggnog. |

I don't know why they moved me into iso. I threw up twice. I feel better than before. I might make myself throw up another time if I don't do it again by tomorrow just because. I think the next room they take us too is going to be for governmental experiments. |
